Our executive management team comprises seasoned professionals and servant leaders with decades of experience in the government, intelligence, military, nonprofit, and private sectors. Additionally, Untrafficked is guided by a distinguished board of directors responsible for corporate governance and oversight. These dedicated men and women are committed to this mission and go above and beyond to ensure the success of our organization and affiliate network. The Board of Directors and Executive Team provide national oversight and strategic insight for our organization and each of our initiatives. At every level, they are guiding the key operations within Untrafficked.

Tami Brown Rodriquez - CEO

Tami is a leading national policy strategist and reform leader dedicated to protecting children and dismantling systems that enable exploitation. Tami leads a national movement advancing prevention and digital safety, intervention and victim recovery, survivor-centered solutions, and legislative reform that stop trafficking before it starts.

Tonya Parma - Director of Community Outreach

Former CEO, Wave of the Go. As Director of Community Outreach, Tonya oversees all community engagement for Untrafficked programs and assists in fundraising events. Tonya is a business champion, strategist, entrepreneur, and leader, and has a diverse background in business development and initiatives. Since making Dallas her home, she has built strong relationships and ties in the community that span several decades.

Ida Curtis - Case Management & Training Specialist

Ida is a retired FBI Special Agent with more than 30 years of law enforcement experience, including 22 years investigating complex criminal cases with a specialization in human trafficking. She is passionate about prevention through education, mentoring the next generation of leaders, and equipping communities to recognize, prevent, and respond to human trafficking.

Elizabeth Caputo - Training Specialist

Elizabeth "Ely" Lara Caputo is the Co-Founder and CEO of 4D Associates International and a Certified Master Coach with more than 18 years of experience in transformational leadership and executive coaching. She has trained and equipped thousands of leaders across the United States, Latin America, and Europe. Passionate about developing authentic leaders and healthy organizational cultures, Ely is dedicated to empowering individuals and helping organizations create lasting, meaningful impact.

William Lajoie - Case Management & Cyber Crime Specialist

William is a U.S. Army veteran and cybersecurity leader with more than 20 years of experience in intelligence analysis, threat intelligence, incident response, and complex government operations. He is passionate about using technology, investigative methods, and trusted partnerships to turn credible information into timely action that supports the identification and recovery of trafficked persons.

Eric Colton - Board Chairman & Founder

Eric has a successful record of organizational architecture, branding, marketing, key team building, strategy, project launches, and long-term execution in multiple industries, domestically and internationally. He has built Untrafficked to be a leading national anti-trafficking organization.

Scott Lawler - Board President & CTO

Scott serves as the CEO of LP3 Technologies, providing rapid systems engineering & development, information assurance, cyber security, open-source intelligence, and supply chain risk management/intelligence to commercial, Department of Defense, and the Intelligence Community customers.

Alan Dorantes - Secretary

Alan currently serves as Senior Corporate Counsel at T-Mobile. Before joining T-Mobile in 2021, Alan served as Chief of Staff/General Counsel for Feeding America, the nation’s largest hunger relief organization. In that role, he played a critical connective role with both internal and external stakeholders, helping to build strong relationships and ensure effective communication.

Jeff Woodbury - Independent Director

Jeff was a senior executive with Exxon Mobil Corporation for over 35 years. He led both domestic and international businesses before becoming an officer of the corporation. He currently serves on the board of Life Teen International, including past chairman, and is a Barnabas Fellow with the St. Paul Evangelization Society, and has served as past chairman of the National Safety Council. He also remains involved with other non-profits and business ventures.

Art Lindsley - Independent Director

Art Lindsley, Ph.D. – Director Rev. Dr. Art Lindsley is the Vice President of Theological Initiatives at the Institute, where he oversees the development of a theology that integrates faith, work, and economics. Most recently, he had served as President and Senior Fellow at the C.S. Lewis Institute since 1987.

Kellee Strople - Independent Director

Kellee Strople is a faith-driven leader, entrepreneur, and advocate whose life is defined by resilience, justice, and love. Kellee prides herself on being more than a leader — she is a trusted friend and mentor. She embodies the spirit of a Conscience Capitalist, aligning values with enterprise; a philanthropist who invests in people and causes that matter; and a rainmaker who brings together resources, relationships, and opportunities to create lasting impact.

Robert Nelson - Independent Director

Robert currently serves as CEO of Augustine Agency and has been part of Untrafficked’s Advisory Board for two years. He has built strong relationships and consistently demonstrated a clear understanding of Untrafficked's mission. He brings both strategic expertise and a wealth of knowledge from his background in marketing and communications.
